2020년 코로나 사태로 인해 뉴잉글랜드 한국학교는 모든 수업을 온라인 화상통화 플랫폼 Zoom으로 옮겼습니다. 갑작스러운 변화들로 모두에게 혼란과 불안감을 느끼게 만들었다. 뉴잉글랜드 한국학교 교사들은 세계의 상황에도 불구하고 모든 학생들에게 재미있고 도움이 되는 수업시간을 만들기 위해 열심히 노력했다. 2022년 여름까지 온라인 수업이 진행 돼었다. 온라인 수업 시기에 뉴잉글랜드 한국학교는 많은 행사를 진행했다. 동요대회, 글짓기 대회, 동해독도 대회, 그리고 더 많은 행사들으이 학생들에게 한국어와 한국 문화에 더 가까워질 수 있는 기회를 만들어줬다. 온라인임 상태 에도 불구하고 모든 학생들은 서로와 한국어에 더 가까워지는 것을 느낄 수 있었다. 드디어 뉴잉글랜드 한국학교는 2022 강을에 다시 대면수업으로 개학을 했다.
첫 대면수업을 앞두고 모두가 긴장하고 설렜다. 거의 3년 만에 처음으로 첫 대묜수업이 2022년 9월 17일에 있었다. 개학 첫날은 성공적이었고 첫 학기 수업들은 현재 진행 중이다. 앞으로 뉴잉글랜드 한국학교가 진행할 많은 일들과 행사들에 많은 기대 해볼만 하다.
Finally, the Korean School of New England is back to In-person Classes

Due to the Coronavirus outbreak in 2020, all Korean school classes were moved to the online video calling platform Zoom. Because of this sudden and unexpected change, many people felt uncertain about school: however, the New England Korean School teachers worked to make classes engaging and fun despite being remote. This continued until the summer of 2022.
During these times, the school was able to host many events that connected students with Korean culture, including singing competitions, writing competitions, East sea and Dokdo competitions. Although the remote portion of the New England Korean School’s time was an effective stand-in in times of COVID-19 for teachers and students alike, the new in-person 2022 fall semester brings times of change and anticipation for, finally, another year of in-person classes.
